Massage + strength training = awesome.  Our goal has always been to provide a holistic, dual-approach to well being by combining massage and exercise.  Massage brings the body back to balance, and can illuminate the root causes of pain, while corrective exercise can directly address those root causes and give you a preventative edge in your day-to-day routine.  Now, thanks to our new studio, we’re able to combine these services into one incredibly effective 2-hour session.  Perfect for an initial assessment, or for continuing the battle against more persistent aches.
